I discovered and fell in love with boxing shortly after qualifying as a Reps Level 3 personal trainer. No other sport offers such a wealth of both physical and mental benefits and it’s easy to see results in a short period of time. As I grew my skills, I was fortunate enough to train with some real pros, who also understood the benefits boxing could bring to women. For me, it was an ideal way to beat stress, maintain my fitness levels and become the trainer I wanted to be.
Learning to box has been a real journey, one full of challenges – improving, becoming more powerful, faster and better is all part of it. It’s a frustrating yet addictive sport which will keep even confirmed gym-phobes coming back for more.
