GIRLS IN GLOVES 2 DAY TRAINER COURSE

Girls In Gloves 2 day trainer course will expertly teach you how to break down the body biomechanics of boxing and how you can easily teach it to GIG class members. It will give you the unique structure of GIGs classes and the tools to teach it. The 2 day course will also give you a unique set of skills that make it easy to teach your clients how to box no matter what their ability.  You will be given pad and bag work combinations as well as useful tips on how to teach footwork to clients, enabling you to become a creative and successful Girls In Gloves instructor. It will also teach you how to set up and run your own Girls In Gloves class/franchise as you become a fully certified GIG trainer.  Upon completion you will gain 16 CPD points and the opportunity to become a fully licensed GIG trainer.


Objectives

Trainers will be given the unique structure of GIGS classes so they can teach the GIG class

Trainers will be given the correct skills so they can break down and teach each punch to its attendees:  Jab, cross, hook, uppercuts and body shots.

Trainers will be able to teach correct technique and demonstrate safe boxing skills and make it easy and enjoyable for attendees to learn.

Attendees will learn a variety of creative punch combinations so they can become creative with their workouts.

Trainers will have continuous support from GIGS and will be given the tools by which they can set up their own classes.  They also have the opportunity to develop their careers within GIG’s should they wish to do so.

PRE-REQUISITES

Trainer must be Reps Level 3 and have an up to date first aid certificate.
