“These classes are not only fabulous exercise, you really feel as though you are learning something too. Naomi is a fab teacher and really coaches the best out of you. She teaches you the technique behind boxing which is vital for us girls as you don’t get that when you go to a normal Boxercise class. I think this is what really sets it apart from other classes for me as you can really feel the progress you are making each week and it inspires you to want to do more! Naomi is a tough task master but she really pushes you to your maximum and this is exactly what helps you to get to that next level of fitness”.

“I wanted to start boxing for a while but always felt a little intimidated by it so when I came across GIG I knew it was something I had to do – it sounded perfect, a class for women ran by a woman. The first class itself was physically exhausting but amazing – I really felt like there wasn’t a muscle in my body that I hadn’t worked out! I am now in my second stage and I still get stiff after every class, mainly because we learn a new technique each week.  I love the fact this isn’t just another keep fit class, you can’t just copy a move, you really have to listen, think and apply what you’ve learnt which means that no two classes are the same and there’s no danger of getting physically or mentally bored. Naomi is a tough teacher but absolutely lovely. She’s always so encouraging and really takes time to explain why and how we get things right whilst still making the class fun”.

Lucy – Bankside London

“I participated in a 6 week boxing course which Naomi ran at the Bankside Health Club in Bankside. It was the best thing I ever did, it provided techniques to correct punches etc. whilst keeping me super fit! I fell pregnant and could not carry on, but I am definitely going to re-join once I’ve had the baby. I would recommend Naomi’s classes to anyone who is up for getting fit!”
